Gambaran Klinis, Tatalaksana, Serta Luaran Pasien Miastenia Gravis di RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Tahun 2020-2024 = Clinical manifestations, management, and outcomes of myasthenia gravis patient at Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo National Hospital Between 2020-2024.

Latar Belakang Miastenia gravis (MG) merupakan gangguan autoimun neurologis dengan prevalensi global 150-200 per satu juta individu, dengan data angka kejadian di Indonesia belum tercatat dengan jelas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui demografik, karakteristik klinis, tatalaksana, serta luaran pasien MG. Metode Penelitian deskriptif cross-sectional dilakukan di RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo terhadap pasien MG melalui rekam medis periode 2020-2024 secara retrospektif di bulan Maret-Juli 2025. Data karakteristik demografik, gambaran klinis, tatalaksana yang diterima, serta luaran dikumpulkan dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil Dari pasien MG yang diteliti (n=99), ditemukan proporsi perempuan sedikit lebih banyak (53,5%) dengan usia yang lebih muda pada perempuan (rerata usia perempuan 46,62±12,32; laki-laki 50,26±12,50). Gejala klinis tersering adalah ptosis (89,9%) dan subtipe MG tersering adalah MG early onset (62,6%) dan MG generalisata (46,5%). Krisis miastenia terjadi pada 14 pasien (14,1%). Mayoritas pasien menerima tatalaksana simtomatik ditambah imunoterapi (61,6%). Luaran pasien menunjukkan perbaikan klinis dengan peningkatan proporsi di MGFA kelas I dari 52,5% menjadi 69,7% dan penurunan median/rerata skor MGCS pada seluruh kelompok, dengan skor MGCS terendah ditemukan pada MG okular dengan terapi simtomatik ditambah imunoterapi (1,50 (0-13)). Kesimpulan Studi menunjukkan MG lebih sering terjadi pada perempuan dengan gejala okular sebagai presentasi paling umum. MG early onset dan MG generalisata banyak ditemukan. Luaran pasien MG dengan tatalaksana yang telah dilakukan secara keseluruhan menunjukkan perbaikan.

Introduction Myasthenia gravis (MG) is a neurological autoimmune disorder with a global prevalence of 150-200 per one million individuals, while the incidence data in Indonesia has not been clearly recorded. This study was conducted with the aim of determining the demographics, clinical characteristics, management, and outcomes of MG patients. Method A descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted at Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo National Hospital on MG patients using medical records from the 2020-2024 period, retrospectively in March-July 2025. Data on demographic characteristics, clinical features at diagnosis, management received, and outcomes were collected and analyzed descriptively. Results From the MG patients studied (n=99), a slightly higher proportion of females (53,5%) was found, with a younger mean age in females (46,62±12,32 years), with males (50,26 ±12,50 years). The most common clinical symptom was ptosis (89,9%). The most frequent MG subtypes were early onset MG (62,6%) and generalized MG (46,5%). Myasthenic crisis occured in 14 patients (14,1%). Most patients received symptomatic management plus immunotherapy (61 ,6%). Patient outcomes showed clinical improvement with an increase in the proportion of MGFA class I from 52,5% to 69,7% and a consistent decrease in the median/mean MGCS score across all patient groups, with the lowest achieved MGCS score found in ocular MG group receiving symptomatic plus immunotherapy treatment. Conclusion The study shows that MG is more common in females, with ocular symptoms being the most common presentation. Early onset MG and generalized MG were frequently found. Outcomes of overall MG patients who received treatment shows improvement.
