Faktor-Faktor Penyebab Penundaan Vaksinasi COVID-19 di Jakarta Timur dan Jakarta Barat = Factors Contributing to Delayed COVID-19 Vaccination in East Jakarta and West Jakarta.

Latar Belakang Vaksinasi adalah kunci pemulihan dari pandemi COVID-19. Target cakupan vaksinasi di Indonesia adalah 234.666.020 penduduk untuk mencapai kekebalan kelompok. Akan tetapi, nyatanya angka vaksinasi dosis pertama di Indonesia bahkan belum mencapai 100% dan terdapat penurunan total penerimaan vaksin dosis kedua dibandingkan dosis pertama pada 2021 -Oktober 2023, yakni penurunan sebesar 12,32%. Salah satu alasan belum sempurnanya angka vaksinasi COVID-19 adalah penundaan vaksinasi terutama pada kelompok berisiko. Saat ini, belum ada penelitian yang mengidentifikasi penyebab medis penundaan vaksinasi COVID-19 di Indonesia. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional. Data penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dari penelitian uji klinis fase III vaksin Arcov-005 pada tahun 2021 oleh Departemen Pulmonologi dan Kedokteran Respirasi Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Indonesia RSUP Persahabatan yang menilai efikasi, keamanan, dan imunogenisitas vaksin mRNA Sar-Cov-2 pada populasi dewasa. Hasil Dari 3.206 peserta vaksinasi di RSUP Persahabatan. Puskesmas Kalideres, dan Puskesmas Duren Sawit, terdapat 85 subjek yang mengalami penundaan vaksinasi COVID-19. Kondisi penyebab penundaan adalah hasil tes positif COVID-19 (43,5%), komorbiditas yang tidak terkontrol (29,4%), sedang bergejala infeksi akut (23,5%), dan alergi obat (1,2%). Hipertensi adalah komorbiditas paling dominan (37%). Kesimpulan Prevalensi peserta vaksinasi COVID-19 yang mengalami penundaan adalah 2,65% dengan faktor penyebab penundaan berupa hasil tes positif COVID-19, komorbiditas tidak terkontrol, sedang bergejala infeksi akut, dan alergi obat.

Introduction Vaccination is the key to recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic. The vaccination coverage target in Indonesia is 234.666.020 people to achieve herd immunity. However, the first dose vaccination rate in Indonesia has not even reached 100% and there is a decrease in the total recipient of the second dose compared to the first dose in 2021 - October 2023, a decrease of 12.32%. One of the reasons for the incomplete COVID-19 vaccination is the delay in vaccination, especially in high risk groups. Currently, there are no studies that identify the medical causes of COVID-19 vaccination delays in Indonesia. Method This study used a cross-sectional design. The data for this study were secondary data from the phase III clinical trial study of the Arcov-005 vaccine by the Department of Pulmonology and Respiratory Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Indonesia, RSUP Persahabatan, which assessed the efficacy, safety, and immunogenicity of the SarsCov-2 mRNA vaccine in the adult population. Results Of the 3,206 vaccination participants at RSUP Persahabatan, Puskesmas Kalideres, and Puskesmas Duren Sawit, there were 85 subjects who experienced delayed COVID-19 vaccination. The conditions that caused the delay were positive COVID-19 test result (43.5%), uncontrolled comorbidities (29.4%), symptoms of acute infection (23.5%), and drug allergy (1.2%). Hypertension was the most prevalent comorbidity (37%). Conclusion The prevalence of COVID-19 vaccination participants who experienced delayed vaccination was 2.65% with factors causing delays were positive COVID-19 test results, uncontrolled comorbidities, symptoms of acute infection, and drug allergy.
