Latar Belakang: Salah satu tantangan dalam teknik LSS pada anak dan dewasa adalah bagaimana mengatasi sisa ketiadaan tulang. Salah satu teknik rekonstruksi LSS di sekitar lutut untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah endoprosthetic replacements (EPR), namun, jenis endoprostesis modular ini terbatas dilakukan di Indonesia karena biayanya yang cukup mahal. Sebagai alternatif dikembangkan teknik RSCM yaitu rekonstruksi tumor tulang pada distal femur menggunakan kombinasi arthroplasti lutut dengan nail, plate, dan bone cement Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui luaran fungsional pasca rekonstruksi tumor tulang pada distal femur menggunakan kombinasi arthroplasti lutut dengan nail, plate, dan bone cement di RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah studi potong lintang dengan menggunakan survei (MSTS rating score lower extremity dan SF-36) untuk menilai luaran fungsional dari pasien tumor tulang pada distal femur yang berkunjung ke Poliklinik Orthopaedi dan Traumatologi RSUPN Cipto Mangunkusumo dan telah dilakukan CPC dalam menentukan diagnosisnya dari Januari 2011 sampai April 2024 yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan tidak memiliki kriteria eksklusi. Untuk penelitian ini, data yang digunakan dalam penelitian akan diambil menggunakan metode besar sampel terhadap data-data yang ada dalam rentang waktu penelitian sesuai kriteria eligibilitas. Hasil: Hasil Penelitian ini didapatkan jumlah sampel total 12 subjek. Hasil uji normalitas pada data penelitian ini menggunakan uji Shapiro-Wilk karena data < 50 subjek. Didapatkan hasil korelasi kuat -0,751 dan signifikan antara usia dengan SF-36 fungsi sosial (p = 0,005 < 0,05), korelasi sedang (-0,678 dan -0,648) dan signifikan antara usia dengan SF-36 nyeri tubuh (p = 0,015 < 0,05) dan MSTS alat bantu (p = 0,023 < 0,05). Faktor komplikasi dan kategori MSTS dengan komponen MSTS dan SF-36 hampir semua didapatkan hubungan yang signifikan dengan nilai p-value < 0,05 kecuali pada komponen SF-36 kesehatan mental. Kesimpulan: Tindakan LSS menggunakan teknik RSCM mempunyai skor MSTS yang baik. dengan median skor MSTS 22 (3-27) dan skor SF-36 87,5 (36,4-92,9). Usia berkorelasi kuat dengan komponen SF-36 fungsi sosial, korelasi sedang dengan SF-36 nyeri tubuh, dan MSTS alat bantu. Faktor komplikasi dan kategori MSTS berhubungan signifikan dengan seluruh komponen MSTS dan SF-36 kecuali SF-36 kesehatan mental. Teknik RSCM dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif tindakan dari megaprothesis pada pasien tumor tulang distal femur di RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo.

Introduction: One of the difficulties encountered in implementing LSS techniques in both children and adults is effectively managing and addressing persistent absenteeism. One method used to address the problem of knee LSS reconstruction is through the use of endoprosthetic replacements (EPR). However, the availability of this type of modular endoprosthesis is limited in Indonesia due to its relatively high cost. An alternative technique, known as the developed RSCM technique, involves reconstructing bone tumors in the distal femur by combining knee arthroplasty with a combination of nail, plate, and bone cement. The objective of this study is to identify the external functional outcomes of bone tumors in the Distal Femur after reconstruction using a combination of knee arthroplasty with nails, plates, and bone cement at RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo. Method: This study is a comprehensive investigation that utilizes surveys (MSTS rating score lower extremity and SF-36) to evaluate the functional impact on patients with bone tumors located on the distal femur who sought treatment at the RSUPN Cipto Mangunkusumo Orthopaedic and Traumatology Poliklinik. The study, conducted from January 2011 to April 2024, employs CPC to determine the patients' diagnosis. Only those who meet the inclusion criteria and do not have any exclusion criteria are included in the study. This study will collect data using a large sample method from the available data within the study time range, based on eligibility criteria. Results: The outcome of this investigation yielded a collective sample size of 12 participants. The Shapiro-Wilk test was used to assess the normality of the data in this research, as the sample size was less than 50 subjects. The results obtained indicate a strong and significant correlation of-0.751 between age and SF-36 social functions (p = 0.005 < 0.05). There are also moderate correlations (-0.678 and -0.648) and a significant interrelationship between age and bodily pain (p = 0.015 < 0.05), as well as the supports MSTS (p = 2.023 < 0.05). When examining the complications, factors, and categories of MSTs using the components of mSTS and SF-36, most of the relationships were found to be statistically significant with p-values less than 0.05. The only exception was the component of mental health in SF-36. Conclusion: The LSS procedure, implemented using the RSCM technique, demonstrates a favorable MSTS score, with a median score of 22 (3-27) and an SF-36 score of 87.5 (36,4- 92,9). Age has a strong correlation with the social functioning component SF-36, a moderate correlation with the bodily pain SF-36, and MSTS supports. The RSCM technique can serve as a substitute for megaprosthesis in patients with distal femur bone tumors at RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo.
