Uji Validitas dan Reliabilitas Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Functional Rating Scale-Revised Versi Bahasa Indonesia (ALSFRS-R INA) = Validity and Reliability Test of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Functional Rating Scale-Revised Indonesian Version (ALSFRS-R INA).

Latar belakang: ALS merupakan penyakit neurodegeratif dengan perjalanan yang kronik progresif. Penilaian progresifitas penyakit ALS sangat penting untuk mengetahui seberapa berat gejala yang dialami pasien. Skoring yang sering digunakan untuk menilai progresfitas ALS adalah ALSFRS-R. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan ALSFRS-R versi Bahasa Indonesia yang valid dan reliabel. Metode: Adaptasi dan translasi sesuai metode WHO. Kemudian dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas ALSFRS-R versi Bahasa Indonesia. Populasi penelitian yaitu populasi terjangkau subjek dewasa dengan diagnosis ALS baik yang probable maupun definite di unit rawat jalan, unit rawat inap dan instalasi gawat darurat (IGD) RSUPN dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo, dan pasien yang tergabung dalam Yayasan ALS Indonesia, yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Hasil: Terdapat 18 subjek yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Sebagian besar merupakan laki-laki (55,6%). Rentang usia antara 29-71 tahun dengan sebagian besar merupakan definite ALS (72,2%). Kisaran nilai ALSFRS-R INA adalah 1 -45 dengan rerata 27,22± 9,41. Pada uji validitas ALSFRS-R INA didapatkan semua nilai r hitung lebih besar dari r tabel 5% untuk jumlah sampel 18 (0,468). Uji reliabilitas internal diperoleh Alpha Cronbach yaitu 0,897. Nilai intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) adalah 0,993. Kesimpulan: ALSFRS-R versi bahasa Indonesia valid dan reliabel untuk mengukur derajat keparahan pada pasien ALS Kata

Background: ALS is a neurodegenerative disease with a chronic progressive course. Assessment of the progression of ALS disease is very important to find out how severe the patient's symptoms are. The score that is often used to assess the progress of ALS is ALSFRS-R. This study aims to obtain a valid and reliable Indonesian version of ALSFRS-R. Method: Adaptation and translation according to the WHO method. Then tested the validity and reliability of the Indonesian version of ALSFRS-R. The study population was a reachable population of adult subjects with a diagnosis of ALS, both probable and definite, in the outpatient unit, inpatient unit and emergency department (IGD) of Dr Cipto Mangunkusumo General Hospital Jakarta Indonesia, and patients who are members of the ALS Indonesia Foundation, who meet the inclusion criteria. Results: There were 18 subjects who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Most of them are men (55.6%). The age range was between 29-71 years with the majority having definite ALS (72.2%). The range of ALSFRS-R INA values is 1-45 with an average of 27.22 ± 9.41. In the ALSFRS-R INA validity test, all r count values were greater than r table 5% for a total sample of 18 (0.468). Cronbach's alpha value for the internal reliability test is 0.897. The value of the intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) is 0.993. Conclusion: The Indonesian version of ALSFRS-R is valid and reliable for measuring the degree of severity in ALS patients.
