Hubungan Status Vaksinasi COVID-19 dengan Kualitas Hidup Tenaga Kesehatan Pasca Infeksi Akut COVID-19 (Long Covid) = Association between COVID-19 Vaccination Status and Quality of Life (QoL) among Healthcare Workers with Post-Acute COVID-19 Infection (Long Covid).
Subjek loss to follow-up dieksklusikan.

Introduction: The COVID-19 pandemic is approaching its with an increasingly downfall trend of confirmed cases and mortalities. However, there still persists a continuous healthcare burden among COVID-19 survivors due to post-acute sequelae COVID-19 or long covid. Long covid occurs when symptoms from the acute-phase of COVID-19 lingers for more than 12 weeks since its onset. As a multi-system disease, symptoms tend to affect the physical, mental, and social aspect – and thus greatly impacting quality of life. Other than being a preventive method for COVID-19 transmission, vaccination has also been reported with better clinical resolution among long covid patients. This is detrimental, especially for healthcare workers who are at high risk of COVID-19 transmission. Hence, this study aims to analyze the association between vaccination and quality of life among healthcare workers. Methods: This study implemented a cross-sectional study design. Subjects were taken from a secondary data set which conducted recruitment within June 2021 – March 2022 with the following inclusion criteria: history of COVID-19 infection, a registered healthcare worker, and reported at-least one post-acute symptom. Subjects who were lost to follow-up are excluded. Statistical analyses were conducted descriptively and analytically using cross-tabulation (chi-square) with 95% significance (p 8.41. Chi-square analysis showed significant association between vaccination with SGRQ score and quality of life of healthcare workers [PR 0.489 (0.312, 0.768), p=0.007)]. Logistic regression analysis yielded no significant association between age, gender, BMI, comorbidities, smoking, alcohol. frequency of getting COVID-19, and number of acute-phase symptoms with SGRQ score Conclusion: Significant association between vaccination and quality of life of healthcare workers diagnosed with long covid was shown. Further research is recommended with a bigger sample size and additional quality of life measurement tools such as EQ-5D-3L and SF-36
