Profil Kunjungan Pasien di IGD RS Universitas Indonesia Depok pada Masa Pandemi COVID-19 = Patients Visit Profile at the Emergency Department of Universitas Indonesia Hospital Depok during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Latar belakang: Tertanggal 2 Maret 2020, kasus COVID-19 pertama di Indonesia dilaporkan dengan penambahan kasus yang semakin memuncak setiap harinya. Dengan adanya pandemi tersebut, beberapa rumah sakit di Indonesia dijadikan sebagai rumah sakit rujukan COVID-19, di mana salah satunya adalah RS Universitas Indonesia Depok, atau yang kita kenal sebagai RSUI. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti gambaran dari profil kunjungan IGD RSUI yang ditinjau dari berbagai aspek demografi, triase, serta diagnosis pasien, yang dilihat dalam rekam medis IGD RSUI sejak 1 Januari 2020 hingga 31 Desember 2020. Metode: Penelitian potong lintang ini mengambil sampel berupa data sekunder, yaitu data riwayat pasien yang tercatat dalam rekam medis IGD RSUI untuk periode 2020 (1 Januari 2020 – 31 Desember 2020). Data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan software Microsoft Excel untuk pengelompokan data, perhitungan, dan pembuatan grafik. Setelah itu, beberapa data akan dilanjutkan analisis bivariat dengan teknik analisis chi-square menggunakan software SPSS versi 20. Hasil: Pasien dalam rekam medis berjumlah 2.735 orang. Aspek demografi jenis kelamin terbagi menjadi laki-laki dan perempuan. Aspek demografi usia terbagi menjadi kategori 60 tahun. Aspek demografi pendidikan terbagi menjadi Pegawai Negeri Sipil, pegawai swasta, pegawai BUMN, pelajar atau mahasiswa, pensiunan, petani, polisi atau militer, tidak bekerja, dan lain-lain. Aspek demografi wilayah tempat tinggal terbagi menjadi Depok dan luar Depok. Aspek triase terbagi menjadi non-urgent, urgent, dan resuscitation. Aspek diagnosis terbagi menjadi COVID19 dan penyakit selain COVID-19. Kesimpulan: Pola kunjungan umum dan pasien COVID-19 IGD RSUI mengalami peningkatan selama masa pandemi COVID-19. Terjadi peningkatan pada bulan Maret, menurun hingga bulan Mei, dan meningkat kembali secara bertahap hingga bulan Desember untuk kedua pola kunjungan. Setiap kunjungan memiliki karakteristik yang ditandai oleh aspek demografi (jenis kelamin, usia, pendidikan, pekerjaan, wilayah tempat tinggal), triase, dan diagnosis. Maka dari itu, masa pandemi COVID-19 telah berperan terhadap banyaknya perubahan yang terjadi dalam profil kunjungan IGD RSUI selama tahun 2020.

Introduction: On March 2 nd 2020, the first COVID-19 case in Indonesia was reported with the addition of cases increasing every day. With the pandemic, several hospitals in Indonesia have been used as COVID-19 referral hospitals, one of which is the Universitas of Indonesia Depok Hospital, or what we know as RSUI. Therefore, this study aims to examine changes in the profile of RSUI's Emergency Department (ED) as well as descriptions found in various demographic aspects, triage, and diagnosis since January 1 st 2020 until December 31 th 2020 Method: This cross sectional study took secondary database for the samples, which is IGD RSUI patient medical records for one period in 2020 (January 1 st 2020 - December th 31 2020). The data obtained will be analyzed descriptively using Microsoft Excel software for grouping, calculations, and graphing. After that, several data will be continued with bivariate analysis with chi-square analysis techniques using SPSS version 20 software. Result: Patients in the medical record amounted to 2,735 people. The demographic aspect of gender is divided into male and female. The demographic aspect of age is divided into categories 60 years. The demographic aspect of education is divided into civil servants, private employees, BUMN employees, students or students, retirees, farmers, police or military, not working, and others. The demographic aspect of the area of residence is divided into Depok and outside Depok. The triage aspect is divided into non-urgent, urgent, and resuscitation. The diagnostic aspect is divided into COVID-19 and diseases other than COVID-19. Conclusion: The pattern of general visits, as well as patients with COVID-19 visits, has increased during the COVID-19 pandemic. There was increasing number in March, decreasing until May, and gradually increased until December for both visit patterns. Each visit has characteristics that are identified by demographic aspects (gender, age, education, occupation, area of residence), triage, and diagnosis. Therefore, the COVID19 pandemic period has played a role in the many changes that have occurred in the profile of RSUI's Emergency Department (ED) in 2020.
