Korelasi Nilai Formatif dengan Nilai Sumatif Ujian Lisan Orientasi Ilmu Kedokteran Komunitas Modul PreInternship Mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Indonesia = Correlation between Formative Score and Summative Score Oral Examination Community Medicine Orientation Pre-Internship Module Student at Faculty of Medicine University of Indonesia.

Latar belakang: Modul pre-internship bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan peserta didik sebelum terjun langsung ke masyarakat. Untuk mengetahui pemahaman peserta didik, dilakukan umpan balik formatif dan evaluasi akhir berupa ujian sumatif dalam bentuk ujian lisan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi antara nilai formatif dengan nilai sumatif ujian lisan orientasi IKK modul pre-internship. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik potong lintang pada seluruh peserta didik yang terdaftar pada Modul Pre-Internship Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Indonesia tahun ajaran 2020/2021 (n=179). Analisis kuantitatif dilakukan menggunakan uji Pearson untuk mengetahui korelasi antara nilai formatif dengan sumatif. Hasil: Terdapat peningkatan nilai sumatif 81,15 (64,70-91,70) bila dibandingkan dengan nilai formatif 80,20 (61,95-88,97). Terdapat korelasi positif lemah bermakna antara nilai formatif dengan nilai sumatif (r = 0,233; P = 0,002). Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya korelasi antara ujian formatif dengan sumatif sehingga pemberian umpan balik yang konstruktif kepada peserta didik disarankan untuk meningkatkan performa ujian lisan. Perlu penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai faktor yang mempengaruhi pemberian umpan balik untuk meningkatkan performa peserta didik.

Introduction: The pre-internship module aims to prepare students before going directly into the community. To find out the students' understanding, formative feedback and final evaluation (summative assessment) were carried out in the form of an oral exam. This study aims to determine the correlation between formative scores and the summative scores of the Pre-Internship Module community medicine orientation oral exam. Method: This study is a cross-sectional analytical study on all students enrolled in the Pre-Internship Module, Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia academic year 2020/2021 (n=179). Quantitative analysis was carried out using Pearson's test to determine the correlation between formative and summative score. Result: There is an increase in the summative score (median (min-max) = 81.15 (64.7091.70)) when compared to the formative value (median (min-max) = 80.20 (61.9588.97)). There is a significant weak positive correlation between the formative value and the summative value (r = 0.233; P = 0.002). Conclusion: This study shows that there is a correlation between formative and summative exams so that it is recommended to provide constructive feedback to students to improve oral exam performance. Further research is needed on the factors that influence the provision of feedback to improve student performance.
