Pengembangan Modul Psikoterapi Suportif untuk Perbaikan Pemahaman dan Relasi Interpersonal serta Pencegahan Kekambuhan bagi Pasien dengan Skizofrenia di Indonesia = Development of a Supportive Psychotherapy Module to Improve Understanding and Interpersonal Relations and Prevention of Relapse for Patients with Schizophrenia in Indonesia.

Latar Belakang: Proses pemulihan pasien dengan skizofrenia tidak hanya ditinjau dari penurunan gejala namun juga pada optimalisasi fungsi kehidupan pasien sehingga diperlukan suatu tatalaksana holistik. Psikoterapi sebagai salah satu intervensi psikososial memberikan nilai humanis dalam membantu pasien bangkit kembali. Dengan kondisi dan kapasitas pasien maka selama ini psikoterapi suportif merupakan suatu bentuk psikoterapi yang kerap digunakan namun pelaksanaannya selama ini masih kurang sistematis. Pengembangan suatu modul dapat menjadi penuntun yang lebih terstruktur dalam memberikan pelayanan psikoterapi suportif bagi pasien dengan skizofrenia dan menunjang berkembangnya penelitian di bidang ini. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan suatu penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode Delphi yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga putaran. Putaran pertama hingga ketiga melibatkan tujuh orang ahli di bidang psikoterapi dan skizofrenia. Hasil putaran pertama Delphi dianalisis menggunakan analisis konten secara konseptual. Hasil analisis putaran ini menghasilkan draf modul yang disebarkan pada putaran kedua untuk menilai konsensus tim ahli melalui pengukuran skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan Interquartile rate (IQR) dan median lalu dilanjutkan putaran ketiga melalui wawancara. Modul yang telah terstrukturisasi dilakukan pengukuran tingkat akseptabilitas ke para peserta program Pendidikan Dokter Spesialis Ilmu Kedokteran Jiwa. Hasil: Dari ketiga putaran Delphi diperoleh masukan dari para ahli mengenai butirbutir yang terdapat dalam draf awal modul. Hasil analisis skala Likert ditemukan adanya konsensus di antara para ahli bahwa butir-butir yang tercantum dalam modul sesuai dengan target yang ingin dicapai dalam setiap fase dalam modul. Hasil angket peserta didik menunjukkan level akseptabilitas yang tinggi terhadap isi modul. Simpulan: Pengembangan modul ini melalui tiga putaran Delphi dan menghasilkan suatu modul yang sistematis yang terdiri dari tiga fase yakni fase awal, pertengahan dan akhir dengan dilengkapi butir-butir teknik atau langkah untuk mencapai target pada tiap fase.

Background: The recovery process of patients with schizophrenia is not only seen from the decrease in symptoms but also in optimizing the patient's life functions so that a holistic management is needed. Psychotherapy as one of the psychosocial interventions provides a humane value in helping patients get back up. With the patient's condition and capacity, so far, supportive psychotherapy is a form of psychotherapy that is often used, but its implementation is still not systematic. The development of a module can be a more structured guide in providing supportive psychotherapy services for patients with schizophrenia and support the development of research in this field. Methods: This research is a qualitative research using the Delphi method which was carried out in three rounds. The first to third rounds involved seven experts in the fields of psychotherapy and schizophrenia. The results of Delphi's first round were analyzed using conceptual content analysis. The results of this round of analysis resulted in a draft module which was distributed in the second round to assess the consensus of the expert team through Likert scale measurements and analyzed using the Interquartile rate (IQR) and median and then continued in the third round through interviews. The structured module measures the level of acceptability to the participants of the Psychiatric Specialist Medical Education program. Results: From the three Delphi rounds, inputs were obtained from experts regarding the items contained in the initial draft of the module. The results of the Likert scale analysis found a consensus among experts that the items listed in the module correspond to the targets to be achieved in each phase in the module. The results of the students questionnaire show a high level of acceptablility of the module contents. Conclusion: The development of this module through three Delphi rounds resulted in a systematic module consisting of three phases, namely the initial, middle and terminal phases, completed with technical points or steps to achieve the target in each phase.
