Faktor Risiko Pekerjaan dan Faktor Lain Terhadap Kejadian Hipertensi Pada Anggota Brimob = Risk Factors and Other Factors Work Against Genesis Hypertension On the Members of Brimob (Mobile Brigade).

Prevalensi hipertensi yang sangat tinggi pada hasil pemeriksaan kesehatan 3 (tiga) tahun terakhir pada Anggota Brimob. Hipertensi masuk sepuluh penyakit terbanyak. Anggota Brimob memiliki risiko terjadinya hipertensi yang besar, karena kondisi yang berhubungan dengan risiko pekerjaannya seperti stres, yang diakibatkan dari pekerjaan dalam bertugas saat mengamankan suatu kondisi kerusuhan atau berdinas di daerah konflik, dan faktor lain seperti jabatan / pangkat, aktifitas fisik, kembali dari bertugas, masa kerja dan faktor lingkungan yang dapat meningkatkan hipertensi. Pada pemeriksaan kesehatan tahun 2014 didapatkan angka kejadian hipertensi pada Anggota Brimob yang melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan sebanyak 50.6%. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor risiko pekerjaan dan faktor lain terhadap kejadian hipertensi pada Anggota Brimob. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kasus kontrol, menggunakan data primer dari hasil wawancara dan kuesioner dan data sekunder dari hasil pemeriksaan kesehatan tahun 2015 pada Anggota Brimob di Kelapa Dua Depok. Dari 134 subyek penelitian terdiri dari 67 subyek dari kelompok kasus hipertensi dan 67 subyek dari kelompok kontrol (normotensi), dari analisis multivariat ditemukan bahwa faktor risiko meningkatkan kejadian hipertensi yang bermakna adalah kembali dari penugasan 1 hari – 2 minggu (OR = 74.2; 95%CI = 8.38658.14, p= 0.000), konsumsi ikan asin (OR = 22.6; 95%CI = 3.45-148.38, p= 0.001), riwayat keluarga hipertensi (OR = 8.6; 95%CI = 1.52-48.88, p= 0.015), riwayat keluarga kencing manis (OR = 113.4; 95%CI = 1.35-133.41, p= 0.026) dan SRQ -20 (stres) (OR = 5.7; 95%CI = 1.17 – 27.81, p= 0.030).
