Pengaruh Tingkat Risiko Ergonomi Dengan Penilaian R.U.L.A. Terhadap Nyeri Leher Pada Pekerja Pembuat Cincin Batu Akik = The Effect Of The Level Of Ergonomics Risk Based On Assessment of R.U.L.A. Against With Neck Pain at The Agate Ring Maker Workers.

Pekerja pembuat cincin akik memiliki potensi memiliki gangguan muskulosceletal disorder terkait dengan aktivitas pekerjaan dan postur tubuh selama bekerja. Umumnya, pekerja dengan posisi menunduk melebihi 20 0 berisiko terhadap kejadian nyeri leher. Survey pendahuluan pada 28 orang pekerja, ditemukan 15 orang dengan keluhan nyeri leher,untuk itulah dilakukan penilaian terhadap risiko ergonomi dengan melihat terjadinya perubahan insiden nyeri leher pada pekerja yang bekerja 4 jam pertama dan 4 jam kedua yang diselingi waktu istirahat. Tujuan penelitian menilai pengaruh tingkat risiko ergonomi sikap kerja berdasarkan RULA dan faktor – faktor lainnya dengan nyeri leher pada pekerja industri pembuat cincin. Metode penelitian cohort prospektif dengan observasi 8 jam kerja pada 40 subyek penelitian dengan 20 kelompok terpapar (yang memiliki skor RULA tinggi) dan 20 kelompok kontrol (yang memiliki skor RULA rendah-sedang).Pengumpulan data dengan observasi skor Rapid Upper Limb Assesment (RULA)beberapa hari sebelumnya, pengisian kuesioner, pemeriksaan spesifik leher serta pemeriksaan intensitas nyeri dengan Visual Analog Scale (VAS) Didapatkan hasil bahwa tingkat risiko ergonomi leher tinggi memiliki risiko 3,93 kali dibandingkan tingkat risiko ergonomi leher rendah terhadap kejadian nyeri leher (RR 3,93 ; Cl95% 1,66-9,3 ), dan tingkat risiko ergonomi punggung tinggi mempunyai risiko 5,25 kali dibandingkan tingkat risiko ergonomi punggung rendah terhadap kejadian nyeri leher, (RR 5,25; Cl95% 1,93-14,25 ) Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh antara tingkat risiko ergonomi sikap kerja berdasarkan RULA dengan nyeri leher pada pekerja industri pembuat cincin

The Agate Ring Maker Workers has a potential that can cause health problems such muskulosceletal disorder associated with the activity of work and posture during work. In general, employees working in a sitting position without backrest down or stand down in excess of 20 0 is at risk of incidence of neck and shoulder pain. At the preliminary survey, from 28 workers, found 15 people with complaints of neck pain. For this reason, it should be made an assessment of ergonomic risk to see the incidence of neck pain in workers who worked the first 4 hours and 4 hours interspersed second rest period.
