Rasio lemak dan massa bebas lemak pada paien obes hubungannya dengan hypertriglyceridemic waist = Mass ratio of fat and fat-free mass obese patients and its relationship with hypertriglyceridemic waist.

Prevalensi obesitas DKI Jakarta menempati urutan ke-5 di Indonesia. IMT ≥ 25 kg/m 2 dan pengukuran komposisi tubuh terhadap ML dan MBL, pada pasien obes dicari hubungan antara rasio ML dan MBL dengan hypertriglyceridemic waist. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan studi potong lintang dengan total subyek 113 orang karyawan Pemprov DKI Jakarta. Pemeriksaan yang dilakukan meliputi TB, BB, IMT, ML, MBL, rasio ML dan MBL, LP dan kadar TG serum puasa. Analisis statistik: Analisis data menggunakan program Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) versi 11.5. Analisis Univariat pada data dengan skala numerik dilakukan uji normalitas menggunakan uji Kolmogorov-Smirnov. Data yang berdistribusi normal (p>0,05) disajikan dalam bentuk rerata dan simpang baku sedangkan data yang menunjukkan distribusi tidak normal (p 0.05) presented in the form of average and standard data interchange and indicates the distribution is not normal (p < 0.05) presented in the form of the median value and the minimum-maximum range. The Bivariat analysis conducted to find relationship of ratio FM : FFM with hypertriglyceridemic waist on the subject of obesity, using the Mann-Whitney test. Study results: from 113 subjects, a median value of age 37 (22 ix __ 50), a total of 51 people (45.1) male and 62 female persons (54,9). The average weight of the subject was 80.99 ± 12,52 kg and average BMI 30,97 ± 13, 14 kg/m2. All subjects had a waist circumference measurements in the category abnormal. On the results of this research, it is known that there is a meaningful relationship between the ratio of FM and FFM with Hypertriglyceridemic waist (+) 0,47 (0,22 1.00) with a value of p 0,004. Conclusion: the ratio of ML: MBL obese people on this research have a correlation of serum TG levels and Hypertriglyceridemic waist (+).
