Diskriminasi Profil Autofluoresensi Beberapa Jaringan Kanker Kulit Non-Melanoma, Lipoma, dan Kulit Normal Berdasarkan Rasio Intensitas Autofluoresensi Cahaya Tampak dan Inframerah Dekat Menggunakan Metode Analisis Diskriminan. = Autofluorescence Profile Discrimination between Several Non- Melanoma Skin Cancer, Lipoma, and Normal Skin Tissue Based on the Autofluorescence Intensity Ratio of Visible Light and Near Infrared Using Discriminant Analysis Method.

Perubahan yang terjadi pada jaringan kanker akan menimbulkan perbedaan profil autofluoresensi dibandingkan dengan jaringan normal. Berdasarkan landasan di atas, penelitian ini mencoba membandingkan profil intensitas autofluoresensi jaringan karsinoma sel skuamosa, karsinoma sel basal, lipoma, dan kulit normal. Alat yang digunakan adalah spektrofotometer buatan Departemen Fisika Kedokteran FKUI dengan metode multieksitasi dan multiemisi. Peneliti melakukan penyinaran dengan tiga macam sinar (UV, biru, dan infra merah) serta empat pasang filter (biru, hijau, merah, dan kuning). Hasil profil autofluoresensi kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis diskriminan empat variabel. Didapatkan hasil sebuah formula diskriminan yang ketika dilakukan validasi silang ternyata dapat mengklasifikasi karsinoma sel basal dengan ketepatan 90%, karsinoma sel skuamosa dengan ketepatan 70%, lipoma dan normal dengan ketepatan 100%. Dari penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan profil autofluoresensi antara masing-masing jaringan. Changes that occur in cancer tissue will make a different autofluoresence profile compared with normal tissue. Based on the above basis, this study tried to compare the autofluoresence intensity profile of squamous cell carcinoma, basal cell carcinoma, lipoma, and normal skin tissue. The instrument used is a spectrophotometer made by the Department of Physical Medicine FMUI with multiemission and multiexcitation method. Three kinds of light radiation were used as excitation source (UV, blue, and infrared) and four pairs of filters were also used to filter the emission emitted by the tissue (blue, green, red, and yellow). Results of autofluoresence profiles are then analyzed using four grouping variables discriminant analysis. This study showed a discriminant formula which, when carried out cross validation was able to classify basal cell carcinomas with 90% accuracy, squamous cell carcinoma with 70% accuracy, lipoma and normal with 100% accuracy. The results showed that there were different autofluoresence profile between each tissue.
