Profil Pasien Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2 di Klinik Dokter Keluarga Kayu Putih dan Hubungannya dengan High Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol. = Profiles of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus at Klinik Dokter Keluarga Kayu Putih and Their Association with High Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol.

Pendahuluan Diabetes melitus tipe 2 merupakan suatu masalah kesehatan global dan dapat dikontrol di pelayanan kesehatan primer yang merupakan pilar penopang dalam pemerataan kesehatan masyarakat Indonesia. Profil pasien DM tipe 2 yang umumnya datang ke pelayanan primer belum terdiagnosis DM, belum mendapat pengobatan, dan dengan komplikasi yang relatif sedikit. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat karakteristik sosiodemografik dan biologis pasien DM tipe 2 Klinik Dokter Keluarga Kayu Putih dan hubungannya dengan profil high density lipoprotein cholesterol. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi potong lintang. Sumber data berasal dari rekam medis KDK Kayu Putih dan didapatkan 158 dan 57 sampel untuk analisis deskriptif dan analitik. Hasil Dari 158 sampel didapatkan karakteristik sosiodemografik usia terbanyak responden pada kelompok usia 55 – 64 tahun (34,2%), jenis kelamin perempuan (58,2%), menikah (72,8%), dan pendidikan tamat SLTA (30,4%). Dilihat dari pekerjaannya besar tidak bekerja (31,0%) dan ibu rumah tangga (27,8%). Karakteristik biologis pasien sebagian besar memiliki riwayat keluarga DM (32,3%), merokok (18,4%), obesitas (38,6%), hipertensi (46,8%), GDP dan GD2PP tidak terkontrol (38% dan 35,4%). Data-data tidak tercatat dalam rekam medis, status perkawinan (22,8%), pendidikan (20,3%), pekerjaan (15,8%), riwayat keluarga DM (22,8%), merokok (39,2%), IMT (12,0%), hipertensi (46,8%), HDL-C (42,4%), GDP (56,3%), dan GD2PP (60,8%). Uji Kolmogorov-Smirnov untuk hubungan IMT, GDP, dan GD2PP dengan HDL-C mendapatkan nilai kemaknaan (p) 0,754; 1,000; dan 1,000. Kesimpulan IMT, glukosa darah puasa (GDP) dan glukosa darah postprandial (GD2PP) pasien DM tipe 2 di KDK Kayu Putih tidak berhubungan dengan HDL-C.

Introduction Type 2 diabetes mellitus is the main global health issue and can be controlled at the primary health services which pillar to support the health of Indonesian people. The profiles of patients with type 2 DM who generally visited the primary health service have not been diagnosed as DM, not received medication, and with relatively minimum complication. The purpose of this research is to establish the sociodemographic and biological characteristics of patients with type 2 DM at Klinik Dokter Keluarga Kayu Putih and their association with the high density lipoprotein cholesterol. Methods A cross sectional design was chosen. Data was taken from medical records and 158 data collected. Only 57 data used for analytic study due to the completeness for the data to be analyzed. Results From the 158 samples the sociodemographic characteristics of most respondents were found to be in the age group of 55 – 64 years old (34.2%), female gender (58.2%), married (72.8%), and high school education (30.4%). From the occupation, most of them are jobless (31.0%) and housewives (2.8%). The patients’ biological characteristics mostly have the family history of DM (32.3%), smoking (18.4%), obesity (38.6%), hypertension (46.8%), uncontrolled FPG and 2HPG (38% and 35.4%). The non-recordable (missing), among other things are marital status (22.8%), education (20.3%), occupation (15.8%), family history of DM (22.8%), smoking (39.2%), BMI (12.0%), hypertension (46.8%), HDL-C (42.4%), FPG (56.3%), and 2HPG (60.8%).From the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, the significant (p) values of 0.754, 1.000, and 1.000 for IMT, FPG, and 2HPG with HDL-C were found. Conclusions BMI, fasting plasma glucose (FPG) and 2 hour plasma glucose (2HPG) are not associated with HDL-C.
